Obligations of Authors and Presenters

For each accepted paper, one author needs to register for attending the conference, and present the paper in the assigned session, either in a talk or as a poster, according to the respective track.

The presenter should start all necessary procedures and approvals (e.g., travel funding, visa application) immediately after receiving notification that the paper is accepted for the conference.

ICLSML 2025 has no tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or bullying in any form. Participants are expected to adhere to these principles and respect the rights of others. ICLSML 2025 is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment to all participants, including staff and vendors.

Attendee Letter

If you need a letter of invitation to the conference or a visa support letter, please be advised that only registrants that are authors of accepted papers will be issued such a letter. If you need a letter confirming your attendance at ICLSML 2025 (not an invitation or visa support letter), please write an appropriate letter and have it signed/stamped by the Registration Chair at the conference.
