Prof. Wenbing Zhao, Cleveland State University, USA

Dr. Wenbing Zhao received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2002. Dr. Zhao has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics in 1990, and a Master of Science degree in Physics in 1993, both at Peking University, Beijing, China. Dr. Zhao also received a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1998 at University of California, Santa Barbara. Dr. Zhao joined Cleveland State University (CSU) faculty in 2004 and is currently a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at CSU. Dr. Zhao published over 200 peer-reviewed papers in the area of distributed systems (three of them won the best paper award), smart and connected health, computer vision, machine learning, physics, and education. Dr. Zhao’s research is supported in part by the US National Science Foundation, the US Department of Energy, the US Department of Transportation, Ohio State Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Ohio Department of Higher Education, and by Cleveland State University. Dr. Zhao is currently serving on the organizing committee and the technical program committee for numerous international conferences. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and for MDPI Computers. Dr. Zhao is a senior member of IEEE.

 


Dr. Monica Mehrotra
Professor and Head (Department of Computer Science), Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University), India

Prof. Monica Mehrotra is presently working as Professor and Head in the Department of Computer Science, Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University). She completed her Ph.D. in Aug. 2007 from Jamia Millia Islamia. She has over twenty seven years of teaching experience. Her research interest areas include AI, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Information Retrieval and Social network analysis. Sixteen scholars have completed PhD under her guidance. Three scholars are enrolled under her supervision for PhD. She has authored two books published by Narosa Publishers titled ‘Principles and practices of Software Engineering’ and ‘Software Project Measurement: Tools and Techniques’. She has published over 110 papers in International conferences & Journals of repute. She has won ‘Excellent Researcher Award (female)’ in 2nd International academic and research excellence awards (IARE – 2020) ceremony organized by GISR foundation on 3rd Oct, 2020. She is a member of IEEE. Global Annual Education & Research Excellence Awards 2021 - CPACE (Centre for Professional Advancement) has presented 'International Distinguished Education Excellence Award 2021' to Prof. Monica Mehrotra on 18th Dec., 2021 in the field of Computer Science. CPACE is a Unit of IMRF Registered with Govt of India NITI Aayog NGO Darpan, Govt of AP with headquarters at Vijayawada, India. The ceremony was held in online mode.


 

Policies

Obligations of Authors and Presenters

For each accepted paper, one author needs to register for attending the conference, and present the paper in the assigned session, either in a talk or as a poster, according to the respective track.

The presenter should start all necessary procedures and approvals (e.g., travel funding, visa application) immediately after receiving notification that the paper is accepted for the conference.

Attendee Letter

If you need a letter of invitation to the conference or a visa support letter, please be advised that only registrants that are authors of accepted papers will be issued such a letter. If you need a letter confirming your attendance at ICLSML 2025 (not an invitation or visa support letter), please write an appropriate letter and have it signed/stamped by the Registration Chair at the conference.
