All attendees, including presenters and participants, are required to be physically present at the conference venue in New Delhi. The ICLSML 2025 provides peer review for all the material submitted. Some of the submissions are rejected without being sent out for external per review on the grounds of priority, insufficient originality and scientific flaws. A decision on such papers is taken quickly, usually within 10-15 days.
The remaining manuscripts should be evaluated by two reviewers and by the anonymous expert member of the Technical Committees, usually within 50-60 days. Authors are welcome to suggest suitable independent reviewers.
Once the paper draft was reviewed and corrected draft (if it necessary) after comments from reviewers were received. The final decision concerning the publishing is made by the Technical Committees usually within 10-15 days.
The Technical Committees is the competent authority in taking decision(s) on selection or rejection of the manuscripts of all the research/review/similar articles submitted to the ICLSML 2025. The decision taken by Technical Committees is final in all respects and no further comments/communications from authors in this regard is expected.
Full Papers are evaluated against the following criteria:
-> The title, abstract and keywords must accurately reflect the paper’s contents.
-> The research must conform to the theme of conference.
-> The research methodology must be sound logically.
-> The paper must be well-structured and clearly written.
-> References must be relevant and accurate.
ICLSML 2025 is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build.
If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following actions will be taken:
-> Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
-> Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
Oral presentation is an effective way to present your valuable research work to get recognized. Oral presentations consist of plenary, keynote and a series of invited talks with specific time durations.
A poster presentation is another potential channel to disseminate your research of a topic in a short and concise format. Posters offer the opportunity to engage with other conference attendees interested in the same subject and application as you.
Workshop provides a high-yield, more efficient and effective tool for discussion, problem solving and feedback about one’s scholarly work. Each workshop lasts for 2 hour intensive and interactive discussion about a topic.
Participating in the conference only without neither presentation nor paper publication. Listener will get networking opportunities to exchange and gain new knowledge, while interacting with the intellectuals and academics in the field.
For each accepted paper, one author needs to register for attending the conference, and present the paper in the assigned session, either in a talk or as a poster, according to the respective track.
The presenter should start all necessary procedures and approvals (e.g., travel funding, visa application) immediately after receiving notification that the paper is accepted for the conference.

If you need a letter of invitation to the conference or a visa support letter, please be advised that only registrants that are authors of accepted papers will be issued such a letter. If you need a letter confirming your attendance at ICLSML 2025 (not an invitation or visa support letter), please write an appropriate letter and have it signed/stamped by the Registration Chair at the conference.
